To the Elected Official It Should Concern,

 

The purpose of this letter is written under the protection of Amendment I, within the Amendments to The Constitution of the United States, which states: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise therefor; or ABRIDGING THE FREEDOM OF SPEECH, or of the press; or of the RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO PEACEABLY ASSEMBLE, AND TO PETITION THE GOVERNMENT FOR A REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES.”  Additionally, any such grievances addressed within, are guaranteed by the following: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

 

– That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, - That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People, to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.  But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, IT IS THEIR RIGHT, IT IS THEIR DUTY, TO THROW OFF   GOVERNMENT, AND TO PROVIDE NEW GUARDS FOR THEIR FUTURE SECURITY. – Such has been the patient sufferance of [WE THE PEOPLE]; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government.”

 

It is in the spirit of the above that WE, in the form of a single, individual representation of WE THE PEOPLE, are formally addressing you today.  To be more  clear, throughout this letter, the description of ‘WE THE PEOPLE’ should be read as follows:  An overwhelming majority, spanning across all 50 States, consisting of the Rightful Citizens of the United States of America as one unit, with numbers EXCEEDING 80 Million tax paying Americans.  More to point, the WE THE PEOPLE represented here are NOT the minority.  Specifically, WE THE PEOPLE do NOT fall into the categorization of “light and transient causes.” 

 

We exist as the MAJORITY, whose RIGHTS have been stolen from them.  Who are continuously being persecuted unconstitutionally in violation of Amendment I, Amendment XV and with extreme risk presently protruding upon Amendment II.  Please understand, it is unnecessary for us to clarify, nor justify, said infringements referenced above, as they are both valid and fact.  WE THE PEOPLE have been speaking out against the bureaucratic violations for years, WE have gone unheard.  WE THE PEOPLE have spoken out against the purpose behind this letter beginning November 4, 2020.  WE have been censored, bullied, and silenced.   All arguments to the contrary have become weaponized tactics of an oppressive, authoritarian culture, promoted by a corrupted cancer of politically appointed individuals currently occupying the highest levels of all three branches of government. 

 

These individuals are the same who have betrayed their promises, wasted generations of tax payer money by acting as Monarchy’s within our Legislative and Judicial Branches. The career politicians “immune” to the dangers which require Term Limits in all other areas of our Government. Those who have held power for so long, their value should be suspect to ALL AMERICANS in fear of dictatorship of ANY KIND. The Republican and Democrats Legislators retaining the same political power in excess of decades, whose power would have willed our Founding Fathers as not Patriots, but Enemies of the State. The very same whom have unsurprisingly been given the ability and have sold OUR Country, and our Elected Officials, to the highest bidder. Thus, having threatened the Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness of the very people in which they are answerable.  In countless ways and deceptions have they attained this false sense of power, including using the agencies meant to Protect the Citizens, to instead further advance their agendas and domination.  To even begin to outline these acts of treason would be counterproductive to the core objective of this notification, for it is imperative to communicate this message in the most transparent of terms.

 

The purpose of this letter is to inform you, elected official, that there will no longer be any debate.  WE THE PEOPLE will no longer participate in the continuous trampling of new and separate freedoms, by your fellow elected officials, for purposes of masquerading the ultimate hidden agenda: the distraction from the biggest treason to ever occur on American soil.  That being, for the first time in the history of the United States of America, a Presidential Election was stolen from the American People. 

In the aftermath, both a Congress, a House and a Supreme Court have betrayed the very MAJORITY of WE THE PEOPLE they are under oath to represent.  Again, MAKE NO MISTAKE, WE THE PEOPLE are NOT a small faction simply upset that a greater number of our fellow Americans disagreed with our wishes.  That is a democracy, and a democracy is not being challenged by us.  What is being challenged are corrupted and compromised Elected Officials and Heads of Government Agencies, across ALL political party affiliations, either refusing to stand for our voices, or deliberately silencing and altering the WILL of the MAJORITY of the American People.   

 

Therefore, this notification exists as a formal and final demand of action by you, Sir or Madam, being an elected officer of WE THE PEOPLE.  One who’s ONLY power is derived from the “Consent of the Governed.”  Need you be reminded that your PRIMARY DUTY, above any others, is to Represent the WILL of WE THE PEOPLE. The following are OUR demands:

 

WE THE PEOPLE demand a FULL, FORENSIC AUDIT of ALL Election material, records and machinery, used in ALL 50 States, regarding all U.S. Elections held November 3, 2020. WE demand immediate physical access to ALL machines, and all materials used in the tabulation of vote count, during the 2020 Presidential Election.  WE demand ALL RECORDS, ALL BALLOTS, ALL MACHINERY be released immediately to the American public under the Freedom of Information Act as ensured by the Department of State.  Any ‘exclusions’ to the release of the above referenced information under FOIA are null and void, irrelevant to the demands at hand.  Furthermore, this appeal is guaranteed by the Federal Election Commission of The United States, as well as numerous individual State legislations. But above all, these records, materials and machines ARE NOT THE PROPERTY OF THE SECRETARY OF STATES, NOR STATE ELECTION OFFICIALS, NOR ANY OTHER PARTIES other than the WE THE PEOPLE.

 

WE THE PEOPLE have a Constitutional Right, as the ultimate voice who governs ALL BRANCHES, to examine any all evidence of a United States Election, from any and all States, at ANY TIME. Allow WE THE PEOPLE to be abundantly clear: WE THE PEOPLE have the capacity and capabilities to read the very same words the United States Supreme Court has taken OATH to uphold.

 

WE THE PEOPLE are not required to seek the permission of ANY STATE nor ANY COURT, including the Supreme Court of the United States, to demand OUR unalienable Right to access all evidence and records involved in the Government Run Elections of OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS AND REPRESENTATIVES. States are tasked with running Elections, NOT afforded the ability to WITHHOLD EVIDENCE OF RESULTS. Furthermore, WE THE PEOPLE do not need the permission of ANY JUDICIAL COURT to be afforded access to evidence of Election results. WE THE PEOPLE need not ask ANY PERMISSION in regard to the UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION as written word for word.  WE THE PEOPLE do NOT need governmental interpretation of OUR Constitution regarding access, or challenging, results of an United States held election.

 

WE THE PEOPLE demand our tax dollars pay for full forensic audits of every machine used in every state, each conducted by multiple INDEPENDENT agencies. One auditor of which must have access to all of the above information and machinery must include Jovan Hutton Pulitzer.  WE demand that the results of these audits be transparent in real-time to the American people via governmentally funded, easily accessible and UNCENSORED OR MANIPULATED websites. Additionally, WE require hard copies of all audits to, also, be made available to every American, accessible (in the very least) to view at every State Capital Building within 30 days of each audit result.

 

WE THE PEOPLE demand the regulation, organization and overseeing of every forensic audit, to be placed under the sole and direct authority of THE UNITED STATES MILITARY.

 

WE THE PEOPLE demand that any Electoral Fraud be FULLY INVESIGATED AND PROSECUTED by the United States Military Police Corps.

 

Lastly, WE THE PEOPLE demand any and all action taken by you, elected official, from this moment forward, ONLY TO BE FOCUSED ON ONE OBJECTIVE: the FULL, FORESIC AUDIT and the terms listed above. 

 

These demands should not be difficult, nor should they be deemed unnecessary, as they fall 100% in compliance and adherence to the current Administration’s primary pledge to restoring Unity within the Nation.  THIS WILL BE THE ONLY MEANS TO ATTAIN UNITY.    For without this disclosure, WE THE PEOPLE will continue to be convinced our Nation has fallen hostage to “…a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism.”

 

WE THE PEOPLE will no longer be distracted.  WE THE PEOPLE will not sit in wait for a 2022 or 2024 resolution.  WE THE PEOPLE will not be satisfied with promises of future Election Reform.  WE THE PEOPLE will no longer accept legislation which violates the RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO PEACEABLY ASSEMBLE, AND TO PETITION THE GOVERNMENT FOR A REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES. 

 

In closing, WE THE PEOPLE are giving you a choice.  No matter how large, nor how small, you may consider your voice, YOU are an Elected REPRESENTATIVE OF WE THE PEOPLE.  WE are looking to you to uphold your oath by taking this action immediately, using whatever power, influence, and affiliation you may have to make this audit happen.  It is our sincere hope that you are FOR WE THE PEOPLE, however it is important to stress this Nation has fallen under attack, by forces NOT of OUR DOING.  The situation WE all find ourselves in currently is unlike ANY that has come before.  Amidst the last four years of political hysteria brought forth by objectors to the Elected United States President Donald J. Trump, it is a reasonable concern that this letter may be dismissed as equivalent to the agitations of a “losing” political party.  

 

This would be a grave mistake.  For the difference here is very simple.  The Presidency of Donald Trump experienced no insurrection, NOT because of an acceptance of the democratic process, but because the root of all grievances inflicted were “light and transient causes” in relation to the magnitude of a full Civil Revolution. Right or wrong, these injustices were not supported by the MAJORITY of the AMERICAN PEOPLE.  These injustices were not of the caliber of those reflected in this statement.  For, regardless of how loud the Trump Administration’s opposition screamed, their causes were NOT big enough to “mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.”  That is the very reason WE THE PEOPLE are appealing to you today, Sir or Madam, because our injustices ARE worth dying for.

 

WE THE PEOPLE appreciate your service and will be expecting a response from you personally, addressed to the public, responding to this letter.
